5. Sign for receipt

6. Return or exchange

Our orders are valid for 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately in most cases we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. All items are made to order, which means when you place an order, we print and ship that item specifically for you. Due to the nature of these items, we will not accept returns and exchange requests for any reason as our products are custom made and printed on demand. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. An email confirmation is sufficient. In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).
If you need to return an item, please contact us at xiaoandy666@gmail.com for the correct return address. And include the following information in the email (this is mandatory): order number, video/photo of the defective product, complete shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping charges.
Shipping charges on return orders are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Our support team will review the photos/videos of the defective item you sent within 48 hours and if your item qualifies, we will resend it to you at no extra cost to you. In the unlikely event that a replacement product cannot be sent, we will refund you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping charges).
The refund processing time is 48 hours, and the actual arrival time of the refund is determined by your payment method and bank processing time. Generally it will not exceed 14 working days.
